Sleeving machines are designed to place a cardboard sleeve around a single product (e.g. trays for ready meals, dessert cups, etc.) or a group of products (e.g. cups, bricks, cans, etc.). This cardboard sleeve is wrapped and fixed with hot melt glue or by hooks. The sleeving machines are available with various types of closures (bottom, side, top, etc.) and with a quick and easy format change. The speed is electronically adjustable up to a maximum of 250 sleeves per minute. The range of sleeving machines designed by VIMCO is available with a wide variety of different machine pitches to meet the various needs of the customers and to work with different products. Vimco team is at disposal to study and design customized machines for special sizes or shapes of the boxes.
