Enrobing machine, available in working widths from 350 to 1500 mm and mesh speeds from 1.5 to 12 meters per hour. This machine has a double chocoate curtain and is designed to work 24/7. Quick removal of chocolate hopper and mesh set inclusing all its shafts and parts. The mesh set is supported by guides and the hopper is used to support the mesh set. The chocolate hopper has no electrical elements that could be damaged during cleaning. At the back of the machine, opposite of the operator side, a service area is accesible simply by rotating the electrical cabinet. Due to an integrated water circulation circuirt all parts in contact with the product are kept on the desired temperature.
