The Vomatab fondant beating installation is fully automatic. If after starting the fondant beating process, the rotor motor threatens to stop due to overcharge, the sugar feed will stop automatically and the machine will be flushed. The flushing water is send to the drain by a pneumatic controlled valve. As soon as the overcharge (Amp meter) has been solved the production of fondant is automatically resumed. These machines can be either delivered stand-alone or be integrated in a production line.
