The compact Cocoabean crusher and separator crushes cocoa beans and separates the nibs from the shells by means of air. The machine consists of a hopper and a rotating mechanism that crushes the cocoa beans. The nibs and the shells are then separated by means of air fluxes. These split the stream of particles with lower density to a cyclone and the separated nibs to a reception container so they can be further processed.
