Coffee roasters with the technology to visualize the product heat curve during the roasting process. Ideal roasting curves for each product can be designed by means of a potentiometer or by the introduction of data. Additionally automatic and intelligent temperature control allows to store the ideal roasting curve for a certain product so that this can easily and exactly be reproduced, even in case that there should be differences like the introduction of a different amount of product, a higher or lower ambient temperature, a difference in humidity or the temperature of the green product, etc. The coffee roasters are equipped with a touch screen, modulating burners and a WI-FI module for remote monitoring and control from a mobile phone, a tablet or a PC. This signal can be projected to customers on a distance so they can follow live the roasting curve of their product certifying that their product is being roated optimally.
