Also it can be used for decoration depositing. The design of this machine enables it to be easily retrofitted into existing chocolate moulding lines, even if these are of third party manufacture. Thanks to the unique Knobel rotation valve system an impressive depositing accuracy can be achieved. All KCM Eta\/Theta machines can be equipped with three axes (CAD) meaning that the depositing head can move three dimensionally.\u00a0 In case the optional nut depositing feature is chosen, the chocolate maker can dose whole nuts and other ingredients. In comparison to the ETA model, wher the X-axis (horizontal) can reach max. 300 mm, the THETA can reach up to 500 mm on the X-axis.
