Dankzij het modulaire concept kan de producent de capaciteit stap voor stap verhogen door nieuwe componenten toe te voegen binnen het bereik van de vier standaarden:<br \/>\nKCM 275, met mallen van 275 x 175\/205 mm<br \/>\nKCM 380, met mallen van 380 x 295 mm<br \/>\nKCM 500, met mallen van 450 x 425 mm<br \/>\nKCM 650, met mallen van 650 x 500 mm<\/p>\n<p>Als eerste stap kun je een KCM Alpha Compact met triltafel en koelspiraal gebruiken.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2931\" src=\"https:\/\/cormac.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Knobel-one-shot-modular-step-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"220\" height=\"177\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Als tweede stap kan een transportsysteem met matrijsvoorverwarming worden toegevoegd.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2932\" src=\"https:\/\/cormac.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Knobel-one-shot-modular-step-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"220\" height=\"165\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En als derde stap kan automatisch ontvormen en een matrijzenwisselsysteem worden toegevoegd.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2933\" src=\"https:\/\/cormac.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Knobel-one-shot-modular-step-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"220\" height=\"135\" \/><\/p>\n<p>De doseermachines die in deze lijnen worden gebruikt, zijn allemaal in staat om gevulde producten met \u00e9\u00e9n schot te produceren (chocolade + vulling).
