They are equipped with anchor stirrers, with and without Teflon scrapers. The kettles are supplied with or without vacuum and can be constructed for discharge under pressure. These kettles are made of stainless steel and can be operated either manually or automatically. They are available if different sizes and in a large variety of executions. It is also possible to have a twin-execution to increase capacity and allow for semi-continuous cooking.
