A fully automatic production kitchen, built on one skid ready for plug & play connection. This building method allows for space saving installation. Each installation is fully custom built. Such production kitchen may comprise automatic weighing and dosing of ingredients, a premix and mixing installation,\u00a0 a continuous cooker , a steam injection jet cooker, the vacuum chamber, the central control cabinet with the Siemens PLC as well as a dosing set for flavours , colours and acid. Capacity op to 3 tons per hour.<\/p>\n
