Vormenfabriek Tilburg has reduced lead times down to 3 weeks with a 95% delivery reliability.
Furthermore the company is pro-active in improved design and engineering as well as intensifying customer contact before and during projects. Also Vormenfabriek Tilburg is working hard on the reduction of tooling cost. In some cases reductions of 20-30% were realized.  A new high speed milling machine was ordered in March of this year and it will be installed by the end of september.
