Si, apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9marrage du processus de battage du fondant, le moteur du rotor menace de s'arr\u00eater en raison d'une surcharge, l'alimentation en sucre s'arr\u00eate automatiquement et la machine est rinc\u00e9e. L'eau de rin\u00e7age est envoy\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e9gout par une vanne \u00e0 commande pneumatique. D\u00e8s que la surcharge (Amp\u00e8rem\u00e8tre) est r\u00e9solue, la production de fondant reprend automatiquement.
